Wherever The Knights Ride
Warlander is proud to be the official cavalry of the White Eagles, bringing horses, mounted martial arts, and historical equestrian traditions to festivals throughout Serbia and beyond. Wherever the knights ride, our riders ride with them.
Together, we help create immersive historical events where visitors can experience the sights, sounds, and spirit of the past through tournaments, demonstrations, workshops, living history camps, and interactive activities for all ages.
Our horses and riders are an essential part of these events, performing alongside knights, craftsmen, musicians, reenactors, and martial artists to create festivals that are both educational and unforgettable.
Knights & Legends Festival
Held each spring, Knights & Legends is one of the region’s largest celebrations of medieval culture and Historical European Martial Arts.
The festival brings together tournaments, historical encampments, live performances, workshops, traditional crafts, and family-friendly activities. Warlander proudly contributes its mounted program, including horseback archery, historical riding demonstrations, and cavalry displays, while also organizing the festival’s HEMA tournaments.
For us, Knights & Legends is more than a festival — it’s a place where sport, history, and community meet.
White Eagles Festival
Every autumn, the White Eagles Festival celebrates the rich traditions of historical martial arts and mounted culture.
As the official cavalry of the White Eagles, Warlander plays a central role in the festival’s mounted program, helping bring history to life through demonstrations, competitions, educational activities, and performances.
The festival is also home to the annual Sharp Plum Tournament, welcoming HEMA competitors from across the region and showcasing both established disciplines and the continued development of mounted martial arts.
Our Journey
Together with the White Eagles, we regularly participate in historical festivals, cultural events, public demonstrations, educational programs, and community celebrations throughout the year. Every event is another opportunity to introduce new audiences to horseback riding, Historical European Martial Arts, and the living traditions that inspire our work.
Whether we’re performing before hundreds of spectators or offering someone’s very first encounter with a horse or a sword, our goal remains the same: to make history accessible, engaging, and alive.
